In my role as a Project Lead at coi Agency, I play a pivotal part in establishing the project team's standards and ensuring the successful execution of projects. I hold full responsibility for overseeing the quality, creativity, and delivery aspects of every coi project, with a keen focus on client and team satisfaction. My primary duty is to oversee and guarantee the successful completion of all coi projects. This includes providing essential support to the team, ensuring they have the required resources to consistently deliver high-quality work. Additionally, I work collaboratively with the Development Lead and Design Lead to optimize project processes and workflows, ultimately enhancing the overall satisfaction of our team.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Leading a team of designers, developers, and QA to deliver successful Shopify projects
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and managing client relationships
• Managing project budgets, timelines, and scope
• Leading and facilitating project scoping and discovery workshops with clients
• Managing project risks and issues and escalating issues as appropriate
• Ensuring the team is delivering projects to a high level of quality and within project constraints
• Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Creating and managing project documentation, including project charters, project plans, and status reports
• Conducting regular project status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
• Building and maintaining relationships with third-party vendors and partners as necessary
• Continuously identifying areas for process improvement and contributing to the evolution of our project management methodologies and best practices as well as coi as a whole

Bonz.ai was meticulously designed with a mobile-first approach, placing utmost importance on SEO, accessibility, and user experience. From the initial user interaction with the site, the website offers a seamless learning curve. To ensure an optimal structure and layout, I employed CSS grid and flexbox techniques. Moreover, I meticulously crafted the website to be fully responsive across various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile screens. While JavaScript functionality has not been implemented at present, there is potential for its incorporation in the future.

The final round was determined through "mystery shopping", where PriceRunner anonymously tested our customer experience by making purchases on our website and evaluating our customer service.
